Move out of Slideshare to self-hosting #292

Resource section PDFs are presently hosted on Slideshare. We need to move out of it because Slideshare does not import pdfs that have more than 400 pages.

308 fixes this by using the local filesystem for all future documents (and their corresponding thumbnails)
