Automatic upload of all District Census Handbooks into the Resources/Library #317

District Census Handbooks of all districts in India are available on Census website. Attached is the automated script to download the DCH pdfs and other inset tables

We need to upload all this data onto our servers.

Then, we create independent Resource page for each district where we use the DCH pdf to populate the following fields.

The script in output.txt downloads the following:

Part-A-ebook(CRC) Part-B-ebook(CRC) Town Amenities Village Amenities Inset Tables

Presently, for our Resources/Library section we only need Part-A-ebook pdf. We ideally need not download the other files. I do think though that since we are an archive, it will good to take a back up of all of this data.
