Adding Location broken #348

For locations anywhere; in article uploads, even in the backend of the backend were one can edit locations (https://ruralindiaonline.org/django-admin/location/location/).

Steps:

  1. Click on 'Add location'
  2. Add search term in search box. Hit 'Enter'
  3. Nothing happens... Hit enter again.
  4. Nothing happens... Hit enter again.
  5. repeat steps 3-4.
