Map annotations need some review #415

Issue

The map seems to have some issues with the annotations.

Two issues that I can see:

Annotations aren't clickable / interactive in any way
Annotations don't seem to be clustering correctly.

Test environment:

Safari on macOS Catalina v10.15.7
