PASA_Lite for improving gene models with UTR? #3

Hi Brian,

Is this Lite version possible to perform UTR extending and update GFF annotation, using current predictions, plus nr assembled transcripts?

Hi,

Sorry, pasa-lite won't do this... and I'm not sure if I'll ever get to finishing that work.

Instead, the current version of PASA allows for using sqlite, and is more friendly towards HPC environments (no mysql required or network needed... all file based). You could give that a try.
