Doesn't respect multilib structure #11

Files matching a file type that is not allowed:
   usr/lib/libCombBLAS.so.1.16.0
   usr/lib/libUsortlib.so
   usr/lib/libGraphGenlib.so
 * ERROR: sci-libs/CombBLAS-0_pre20220331::guru failed:
 *   multilib-strict check failed!

Please use include(GNUInstallDirs) and ${CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR} instead of hardcoding lib
