"Rerun extractors" removes shasum #220

Version 2.5.0b5

  1. Open a table view
  2. Select the items
  3. Go to "Selection - Rerun extractors"
  4. Go to "Help- Verify database"

The output will have "measurement without shasum:" for all files where extractors were rerun.

The issue cannot be recreated anymore.
