Added edit_metadata_summary_dialog.py to show the summary of the modified metadata upon save button click. Refactored edit_metadata_dialog.py to use the summary dialog appropriately.
Removed the "_eln_file" extension from generated ELN file for upload.
Adapted the tests for the changes and corrected the failing ones.
