Adapt dataverse module to use sqlite backend

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As part of transitioning of database from Couch-db to SQLite, Data-verse module needs to be adapted to have the sq-lite back-end be used.

Describe the solution you'd like Adapt the following database files to do the Sqlite operations instead of couchDB:

• ~pasta-eln/src/pasta_eln/dataverse/base_database_api.py
• ~pasta_eln/dataverse/database_api.py

Modify the related files also to incorporate the DB level changes
