The automated Wednesday maintenance message that is displayed all day Wednesday needs to be adjusted so that it takes into account the server now running under UTC. Currently, the message disappears at 7pm MDT (at the beginning of patching). Ideally, this should begin at some early UTC value (e.g., 7am) and last until patching is complete (e.g., 10pm MDT/MST), the next day in UTC.
