There is no resource that clearly explains the workflow of creating metadata that uses static data links to facilitate uploads to EDI. This issue was originally addressed in PASTAplus/web-x#24, but fleshing the idea out here.
Instead of adding to the uploading with static links resource, a new resource should be created that addresses the physical metadata information (number rows, md5, file size) that a user will need to provide manually.
The new resource will:
Demonstrate how to find/calculate the physical metadata on Windows and Mac
Demonstrate how to add this information to EML using ezEML, EMLassemblyline, and manually (editing XML).
