Determine how to have EDI logos be accessible to downstream search engines.

For example, Google's data set search displays content from EDI, but does not show an EDI logo on its search result page for each data package. Other repositories have their logo displayed, so obviously this is possible.

EDI logos were added to https://github.com/EDIorg/EDI-miscellaneous.

The logo attribute was added to the "publlisher" section of the schema.org JSON-LD (see b54789d4). There is no telling if or when this attribute will be picked up by Google's Data Set Search application or any other search engine for that matter.
