Add 'EDI products' and 'publications citing EDI datasets' #21

Add 'EDI products' and 'publications citing EDI datasets' catalogs to the website. First try https://github.com/BLE-LTER/Zotero-JavaScript-Search-Client and embed the GitHub hosted result within an <iframe>.

The catalog of EDI products is now live.

@cgries When you are ready, please send the user or group identifier for the Zotero catalog of publications citing EDI data packages and I will add it to the website. You can find the group identifier by browsing to your group page and copying the number in the URL. To find your user identifier, click Settings, and then click Feeds/API. Thanks!
