Delete test_page.html and example.css? #28

I prepared this page https://github.com/PASTAplus/web-x/blob/main/templates/test_page.html in order to test the formatting guidelines that Colin had developed in content-x. We transferred the css to site.css and this file along with static/css/example.css might not be needed any longer.

Thanks for the reminder @sgclarkevt. I'd like to keep this file, and the corresponding content-x file, around for testing future markdown to HTML rendering and CSS effects.
