what version of CARD are we using? #1585

The following screenshot is of the speciality proteins for a genome. It is not obvious what version of CARD this was generated from. I think that it should be listed either in the table or side bar.

Jim triage comment: High. I still don't think this is visible anywhere. MLST and the other specialty gene sets come to mind as well.
