User request for RNA-Seq

I understand that while performing RNA seq analysis Patric will use its own annotation, but the output table does provides both the Patric and RefSeq annotations on adjacent columns. It will be useful for us to have the RefSeq annotation in that table to help make sense of the data.

We may be able to add this the API call that is made specifically for the GFF used by RNASeq. Will require API modification here: https://github.com/PATRIC3/p3_api/blob/master/media/cufflinks%2Bgff.js
