Enhancement: Blast against feature group #1980

I found myself really wanting to blast against a feature group. I actually still go to NCBI to do these small time blasts.

Jim triage comment: Medium level problem. This is an enhancement, but I would say that NCBI BLAST is my home page for Firefox and I still only blast one sequence against another sequence there. It is too cumbersome to do it at PATRIC.
