Need SRA run accession on Metagenomic binning #2017

This would be quite handy, and I think we should add this functionality as we have Assembly

@olsonanl do you think the back-end of metagenomic binning service is able to support SRA run input submitted from its UI? if so, i can work on the UI; if not, let's add "wontfix" label or something like that and close this ticket.

The backend does not yet support SRR ids. If we want them added we should leave this ticket open.
