Hybrid assembly support #2045

Many at ATCC were interested in using a combination of Illumina and PacBio to do hybrid assembly. If we can do that using SPADES it is not well documented. If we can't do that, we should consider adding the feature. It seems to be prevalent in the literature as well.

This request comes up frequently. I thought we have a solution, but I'm not sure what it is.
