genomes_quality_details_txt from genome annotation missing column heads #2154

Clicking on this link shows a long list of presumably gene names followed by some columns, and some of these columns have the number 1 in them. There are not column heads describing what these mean.

This is an internal data file in a format that the RASTtk / quality analysis code expects to be there. It's not clear how adding headers will help. It's content is encoded in the quality data in the genome report HTML file.

If it is an internal data file, then I wonder how it helps the end user at all? If it does not provide them with useful information, we should remove it from the download files that we present to them.

If it makes sense we could adopt a standard among all the applications to write potentially useful output into a subfolder (as Allan is doing for the codon trees).

If it is to the benefit of the end user, and reduces the files that are of no interest to them from the job output, I would be really happy about it.
