GUI uploader seems to be freezing for RNA-Seq data #2279

Tied to JIRA 2485. User reports problems with uploading more than 6 RNA-Seq datasets at a time through the GUI. He says "Whenever I try to upload sequences more than six, the upload will no longer show increase in percentage uploaded and upload seems to be frozen. This happened twice today."

I discussed with Bob, and he said " What I'm guessing is happening is that the GUI uploader is trying to upload all of them at once perhaps, and freezing. This should get put in github as a bug."
