Workspace sharing dialog broken #2295

If you try to share a workspace with enough users that the dialog needs to scroll, it snaps over and cover up the rest of the window that has the button to effect the sharing change. See video.

Now I find I can scroll down to find the button, but the behavior is still pretty bizarre and it wasn't obvious that I had to do that scroll.
