Add linkouts to BEI resources

On Taxon and genome overview page, add linkouts to BEIR website.

The linkouts should be added under a ew section "External Resources", in the left panel, above "Recent Publications". See the attached screen shot.

User the taxon or genome name to generate links with dynamic search terms, which will show matching records at BEIR.
