Discrepancy in Assembly report documents #941

The html does not have all the information that the pdf has. The

html ends with the cumulative length plot, and the pdf includes a lot more information in the table, and also graphs for GC content and cumulative length. Screenshot is from the html

I checked one of my recent assembly job output. The GTMP report does show detailed table when clicked on the extended report link. The graph also has links to show two other plots. This means HTML contains all the information available in the PDF report.
