Filter at bottom of genome list in protein family sorter (or whatever its called now) is buried

I know that this will be hard, but the text and family filters on the protein family sorter is buried at the end of what could be an extremely long list. How is a user supposed to find that? And when all the other filters are in the black box above the list, why can't we have ti that way on this page? This won't work as it is now. At the very least, we need a text filter to limit the number of returns.

Just create a couple of separate groups (this one had 3) and you'll see it at the bottom of the filter. Also, do the same thing in production and see how they are different.

Harry, Here is what I suggest:

• Move the family type selection above the frame, where we currently have heatmap and table selection.
• Move table / heatmap selection to the right, above the table/heatmap area.
• Remove text wrapping in the include/exclude/don't care list, which will fix the height of the selection panel.
• Fix the number of rows displayed in the genome selection panel with the vertical scroll bar in a way that the keyword and family size selectors and the filter/reset buttons are always visible.

I can explain it in person, if needed.
