pbf support #217

It would be great if you could support the *.osm.pbf File format for better 
compression and preloading of tile-packages.
Or is it already possible?

A possible solution would be to provide a wrapper around mapsforge, in a 
similar way to the wrapper around Google maps.

The mapsforge wrapper was done in revision 1021 as part of work for issue 284.
Further pbf support is unlikely to be included in osmdroid.
