Tapping on the map or on overlayItem when EnableFollowMyLocation is true stops following location #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable FollowMyLocation
2. Tap on map
3. Map stops following location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Map still follows location and keeps moving in accordance with user position

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.6. Android 2.3.3 and 2.2.

That's the design.

You only answered half of "What is the expected output? What do you see 
instead?", but I'm assuming the title is what you determined to be the bug.
