New URL for CycleMap tiles #296

The tileserver url of opencyclemap has changed:
The old URLs in TileSourceFactory.java

  http://[a|b|c.]andy.sandbox.cloudmade.com/tiles/cycle/

needs to be updated to

  http://[a|b|c.]tile.opencyclemap.org/cycle/
