Added the ability to use PostgreSQL as the DB backend.

Oops, with this PR, it tried using the mysql driver to connect to the postgresql backend and the connection dsn was formatted incorrectly... I've fixed that in the latest version: https://github.com/PBWebMedia/airflow-prometheus-exporter/commit/c2b1f800a0bd9445e11573a082cdcd3f11c775bd
