i tried to power the Stargates with BC-Diamond Energy Pipe, but the Pipes do not connect to the Gate? http://www11.pic-upload.de/19.12.14/ioiyxzmaq27z.png

IC2 cables do work, but the Naquadah Generator does not seem to be able to directly connect to the DHD anymore (but can via IC2 Cable).

IC2, and most RF cables (Eg: Ender IO) should work fine, the issue is BC power pipes don't fully implement the RF API, so they don't connect to RF consumers... Which IMO is not the right way to do it. I'm honestly thinking about not adding BC back in because of the cluster eff that is their API.

Buildcraft is a mess at the moment, so I won't be patching any issues with BC > 6.2 until they fix their stuff first.
