Magnetic card reader lights #172

I added 2 commands to the magnetic card reader that allow you to both 1. enable/disable the automatic light when you swipe a card and 2. control which lights are on with an integer of 0 to 3 (none, red, yellow, green)

You should see the scp door commit below, that was something I was working on without thinking I would have to pull request. I removed it (forgot to remove from lang file however)

There is a bug I have to figure out with the magreader lights. For some reason, it just does not want to go into an idle state. Just in case, do not pull request this in
