7 years ago I just want the one section. We will print it out and warn them of the page numbering and other issues (theorem #'s etc). I want to give them theorems that are correct.

I don't think instructors should use any of this with their coming classes. The students will have version 3, and discrepancies, even if just with page numbering, could be a problem. If the idea is just to give them a print copy so they can see where APEX is headed for the future, then I should have chapter 3's expository content done by today and I can give you a pdf with the exercises omitted. Starting right now, the rest of my day is APEX only. So we'll see how far I get with exercises too.
