Exercisegroup instructions missing #48

The instructions before Exercise 6 on this page:

http://spot.pcc.edu/math/APEXCalculus/sec_limit_analytically.html

do not appear. An exercisegroup is missing its title and introduction.

Similarly before exercise 14, same section.
