Updated Theorem 1 to include continuity #51

Greg and I have been discussing options for this. Secretly invoking continuity is one option, but not the only one. Is it right that there is no rush to do this for your current students? They are not going to be looking at MBX output.

Correct, they are going to use the pdf. But I'd like to have an idea of how to approach it so I can modify the existing pdf to be correct. I could always hold off on those problems until we have already discussed continuity?

Maybe I'll just modify the latex source and provide alternative sections for those.

I did something different with this in the commit string I am about to push. By the time you see this, I should have posted new output you can review and tell me what you think.
