half the WeBWorK for one-sided limits section #56

and the first four section files now identify as xml

There was a note from Carly about adjusting image sizes. I'm not 100% sure yet that we want to do that in the section source files. I believe it can be globally controlled with custom CSS for this project, and perhaps a bit of custom XSL. The reason I'm not keen to code image width specifications into the source is that my experience with CLM led me to think it will cause problems. For now I'd just try to overlook ridiculously large images (large, because they expand to 100% width.)

Note that I changed the name of sec_limits_continuity to sec_one_sided_limits. I changed the corresponding xml:id too. And the xml:id wasn't referenced anywhere in the book, so there was nothing else to change.

Also just put up HTML hot off of the commits in this PR. I am not finished with webwork in sec_one_sided_limits, but I think the rest is good to go.
