Manually changed hollow and solid dots in one sided limits. #73

You'll probably just want to close this one if we can get a macro written to have the color of the dots match the color of the graphs. Maybe something like "firstdotstyle"? I manually changed things by writing color=blue for solid dots and color=blue, filled=white for hollow dots.

Closing. We don't want any color or styling specifications (thick, dotted, etc) in image code. If disability services were to say that something is bad with our styling, we need to control it all from the preamble.

Also, even if the regular graphs are fine, they are going to want to print tactile graphs and it will matter that we can globally change firstcurvestyle to say "ultra thick" to make temporary versions for the tactile printing. That's not a color issue, but it's related.
