Create an animated card with hover effects #24

Create an animated card component similar to one shown below. Please use the same colors and images. Make sure the social media links are visible when you hover. You can add dummy links for now. The user should be redirected on clicking on the arrow that shows up on hover

Note: Make sure the component is responsive. Attach relevant screenshots and recordings while creating a pull request
