I'm still getting stacking insight bonuses from Operatives Edge and Skill focus. The example in the Jira still happens in 6.07.10

I just pulled the latest Starfinder data into overwriting the data in 6.08,00 and I'm still getting 14 on a Ysoki Ghost Operatives, This should be 13. It looks like even with TYPE=Insight added it's stacking the insight bonus. I did double check your change was in my data and made a new test character.

Correct math: 1 (rank) + 3 (class) + 4 (ability mod) + 2 (Ysoki/Race) + 3 (Skill Focus/Insight) = 13

I'm seeing the same +1 on the other specialization skill as well
