Weapon Master's Handbook seems to have a bug (or a dependency not listed)

Congrats. First ever bug entry through github for our group. Normally we ask people to use our much more feature rich jira system - pcgenorg.atlassian.net for bug issues. But thanks all the same. Issue is now fixed.
