Currently if you set prefer repacks/propers it will always grab propers and ignore quality, custom formats etc. What should happen instead is that if a a repack/proper should only be preferred over a release that is named exactly the same (minus the proper), somewhat similar to this: https://github.com/PCJones/Sonarr-Enhanced/pull/1
