Ruleset Ignored #26

Hey,

First of all thanks for the awesome bot!

Im having issues lately, as the bot ignore 1 or two rulesets and then crashes the battles (Surrenders) as it basically picks non allowed characters.

Anything im doing wrong that might affect this?
