@zyuying updating master to include CERES4 ... note while the code runs, the "positive" attribute is missing from the file that has been CMORized.

@gleckler1 did the discussion in https://github.com/PCMDI/PMPObs-cmor-tables/issues/2 need to be had.. Or are you just ploughing ahead with what you have now and tweaks can be implemented later on?
