Branch for work bringing IMERG V6 and IMERG V7 data into obs4MIPs compliance

@gleckler1 I've gone ahead and created a new branch to work on bringing both IMERG V6 and V7 into obs4MIPs compliance. As such, we can go ahead and delete the branch '255_aim_imergv7xcdat' as that has already been merged into 'master'.
