Buttons missing in gnome-control-center nextcloud account setup #49

When CSD is disabled, the "Nextcloud account setup" window is missing the "Cancel" and "Connect" buttons in gnome-control-center: 2019-06-20 gnome-control-center nextcloud account

When I activate CSD by setting the env variable GTK_CSD=1, the buttons are there: 2019-06-20 gnome-control-center nextcloud csd1

Versions:

gnome-control-center: 1:3.28.2-0ubuntu0.18.04.4
gtk3-ncsd: 3-1ubuntu1
