Department: Sales Priority: high priority Request Details: Please use an address verification software to determine if the addresses on this list are Commercial or Residential. This is essential for an email campaign for our newly launched warranty program. Attached list of addresses from HubSpot (approx. 22,000 lines).

We attempted to use the Smarty API (https://www.smarty.com/) to verify whether the addresses in the list were Commercial or Residential. However, the results were not as expected. Many business addresses were returned as "unknown," which impacted the accuracy of the verification process.
