Resize screenshots to 900 width #235

Apparently appstream validate rejects anything greater than 900 width...

Seems okay with the resized images, even if they look less than ideal. Can always update them later on.

No longer needed since the screenshots are getting pulled from the PCSX2 repo instead. Feel free to delete the images from the site as well, if you don't want to use them for something else.
