[BUG]: FFX-2 graphical artifacting in SW mode #10210

Describe the Bug

Similar to #6459, a sort of pattern appears inside the light strips on the ship's floor.

Reproduction Steps

Run the game in SW mode and check the bridge of the ship, look at the light strips on the floor.

Expected Behavior

Should have a smooth appearance like the hardware renderer.
