[BUG] motoGP 1-4 spams GIF Handler Debug - Write to unknown register! #11259

Describe the Bug

The game series spams GIF Handler Debug - Write to unknown register! [reg=6e] in the pcsx2 console when going in game ,

Reproduction Steps

enable logging and boot into a game

No response

Does the game still boot? Writing to these registers might be a noop, I'd have to check.

the game plays fine , its just spamming like 10 times a second image
