[BUG]: Flatout 2 audio stutter when acessing memory card #11565

Describe the Bug

Whenever the game access the memory card the audio stutters creating a annoying "eccojams" effect.

Reproduction Steps

Do whatever that saves/load from a memory card and the issue should surface

Expected Behavior

The audio playback should behave normally
