[BUG]: The emulator does not properly display the desired custom title of the game Monster Hunter 2 in Grid View. #11850

Describe the Bug

Changing the title in the per-game settings will still only display the title "Monster Hunter 2" instead of the desired name. The game's name in the per-game settings also uses japanese letters, but it is only displayed in Grid View with english letters. This issue only seems to happen with the "Prefer English Titles" option checked, if the option is turned off, then the custom title feature works as intended.

Reproduction Steps

Simply open MH2's per-game settings and change to whatever name or number you want in the 'Title' option in the 'Summary' section.

Expected Behavior

The emulator should properly display the desired custom title in the per-game settings in grid view. Also, this issue does not occur with other PS2 MH titles such as the original JP and US version of Monster Hunter 1 and Monster Hunter G as one is able to change its title and the emulator properly shows it regardless of the "Prefer English Titles" being checked or not.
